Personal training programs at Peter Welch’s Gym in South Boston are for individuals of any age or fitness level. For busy people, we offer morning, afternoon and evening sessions. No gym membership is required.

Our trainers are fully prepared to supply all parties involved with the necessary attention, guidance, and motivation that they need to achieve sustained success.

*PACKAGE DEALS are also being offered for sets of 10 and 20 sessions, with both half hour and full hour options. The longer the commitment, the greater the savings. Additionally, group discounts can be applied if you have a workout team ready for the long haul.

Personal training at Peter Welch’s Gym is available Monday – Friday from 6am-9pm and on weekends from 9am-5pm. Sessions may take place in our private training center, strength and conditioning room, outside or on the main gym floor depending on the session desired and client preferences.

For your convenience, Peter Welch’s Gym has men’s and women’s locker rooms.
