If you’re serious about improving your fitness and want to enjoy all the associated benefits, this 6 week program is for you. It provides the jump start you need to see results. Working with the professional trainers at Peter Welch’s Gym will ensure that you’re doing what’s most effective for achieving your fitness goals. And working with a group of similarly driven people will guarantee that you’re never lacking in motivation. By constantly varying workouts, we eliminate plateaus and push you forward faster than you thought possible. At the same time, workouts are adapted to fit the needs of each participant. If you’re looking for accountability, look no further! Whether you’re fresh off the couch or looking to take your workouts to the next level, the 6-Week Training Camp will suit your needs. Each group consists of 6 people or less so you’ll receive the individual attention needed to help you achieve your goals. Your group will meet 3x/week AND we’ll give you some homework for your off days. Each 6-week camp begins with a fitness test (push-ups, sit-ups, mile time). This will help us establish a baseline for your training. After the six weeks, we’ll finish the camp with the same fitness test so you can gauge your progress.
